I no longer remember passwords or usernames. How can I retrieve them?

Contact our FLEXA helpdesk at flexasupport@gsom.polimi.it providing your references, we will retrieve your credentials for you.

Is the platform free?

Yes, FLEXA can be used at no cost; simply register on the portal to meet with POLIMI GSoM's digital mentor.

Does FLEXA membership have an expiration date?

No, but you can request to delete your profile at any time by going into the Settings section and clicking "Send a request to delete your Account" or by sending a request to our FLEXA Helpdesk.

What does the assessment consist of?

The assessment consists of a series of questionnaires assessing your managerial (soft) and digital (digital) skills measured according to the role and functional area you aspire to, indicated in the initial phase of the course. The technical (hard) ones are measured through a self-assessment of your level of knowledge of the individual skill. How is my training constructed?

FLEXA will suggest a tailor-made training path for you, developed on the basis of your career aspirations and current skill level defined following the assessment phase.

Is it possible to change my career goals?

Sure, change them or reconfirm them every 6 months, the time window of the training course developed by FLEXA for you.

If I decline a contact request, is the person notified?

No, no notification is sent.

I sent a contact request, but I no longer see the button that says "Request already sent".
Why?

If you submitted a request and it was not accepted then the button returns to the "Submit Request" state.

I am a POLIMI GSoM student. Can I apply for the Mentorship service?

The Mentorship project is reserved for Executive MBA students in all formats (PT, Evening, Flex and Iflex). Once they graduate, all Alumnus, even those from Specialty MBAs can be Mentees.

Can I also find paid internship opportunities on FLEXA?

Yes, offers from selected companies are available in the dedicated section.
