You have free access to the MIT Sloan Management Review, SAGE, HSTalks, Instituto de Empresa and the Financial Times.

What does the assessment consist of?

The assessment is a series of evaluations of your soft and digital skills, ranked according to the role and functional area you hope to reach, submitted during the entry phase. Your hard skills are measured through self-evaluation of the level achieved for each individual skill. Based on the results, FLEXA will prepare selected content to fill any gaps you may have in order to enhance your skillset.

How is my learning path designed?

FLEXA will recommend a learning path tailored to meet your requirements, drafted on the basis of your professional aspirations and your current skill levels as defined following the assessment phase.

Is it possible to change my career goals?

Sure, you can change or confirm them every 6 months, which is the time frame of the learning path designed for you by FLEXA.

If I decline a contact request, is the person notified?

No, no notification is sent out.

I have sent a contact request, but I can no longer see the "Request already sent" button. Why?

If you have sent a request and it has not yet been accepted, then the button returns to the "Send request" status.

I am an MIP student. Can I request the Mentorship service?

The Mentorship project is reserved for all Executive MBA students (PT, Evening, FLEX, iFlex). Once you have graduated (even if you have attained a Specialised Masters qualification), as an alumnus you are eligible to receive mentoring.

Does FLEXA also publish paid internship opportunities?

Yes, the dedicated section includes recruitment opportunities on offer from selected companies.
